At Caribbean Doll Collection, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Caribbeandollcollection01@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or worn bonnets
- Used or worn shower caps
- Any item that has been washed, altered, or shows signs of use
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
