Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During new collection launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Domestic & International Shipping
Caribbean Doll Collection currently ships throughout the United States and internationally to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, Caribbean Doll Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Caribbean Doll Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Caribbeandollcollection01@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Caribbean Doll Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Caribbeandollcollection01@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
